Through which contact options can I contact you?
At Raptor, service is central and that is why we have made it as simple as possible to make contact.
on our contact page you will find all contact options. Of course you can also use the chat function at the bottom right of every page on our website.
What languages are spoken by customer service?
Service is a top priority at Raptor. That is why some of our team members speak English, German and French in addition to Dutch.
If you want to speak to a team member in one of the above languages, you can report this to the team member who is speaking to you at the time. The team member will then speak to you in that language, transfer you to another colleague who speaks this language or set up a callback request for you.
