FAQs – Delivery and Collection

Wait a minute. Your order will probably be delivered in two or more packages. It is also possible that your order is offered via multiple delivery services.

 

In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you, your order is sometimes sent via multiple delivery services. For example, it is possible that you receive package 1 and 2 via delivery person A and package 3 via delivery person B.

 

You will receive a Track & Trace code for every package. Even if your order is sent via multiple delivery services.

 

Are you missing a part of your order? Or are you starting to worry about the delivery of your order? Please contact our customer service. Then we would be happy to check it for you.

The shipping costs differ per country. Some products also have a surcharge due to the size or weight of the package. For example (larger) boats.
