With a 1cm target separation you can easily locate target species, even when they are among a school of baitfish or following the smallest lure when fishing vertically. Surface clutter and noise is minimal, so you can expect accurate sonar readings in very shallow water and locate fish as close as 15cm from the water's surface. At the other extreme, you are able to spot flatfish in water as deep as 100m.
The Deeper CHIRP+ 2 has a new Wi-Fi module that guarantees a better and more stable connection in bad weather conditions up to 120 m. The CHIRP+ 2 with solid connectivity to your smartphone via its own generated Wi-Fi, so you don't have a mobile data or internet connection Need. Its small size and light weight make it easy to fit in a tackle box and even in your pocket.
Discover fishing spots faster by scanning an area with the wide angle beam, 47° (100 kHz). Use the center corner beam, 20° (240 kHz) to zoom in on that hotspot you have located. The highly detailed, 7° (675kHz) narrow corner beam allows you to determine your target species even more accurately.
